Very unmanaged, careless, not doing a job to the international student. - D H Added February 26, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't give a rats ... choose to ignore calls about anti-social, destructive, drug-filled, violent behaviours from a known criminal who has spent nearly 30 years in jail, is a junkie and dealer and violates, threatens and intimidates residents of the unit blocks where I live which is supposed to be for over 55s!! When I've rung for a call out Event Number ... it was not recorded, so no evidence. When others have called they've been told "not enough information" and dismissed. When police have arrived the perpetrator shut his door and sent them away!!?? How can you just say "go away" and the police leave? This abusive, threatening, intimidating excuse for a human gathers many customers every night, they are in the common courtyard every night, all lights on, music blaring, loud banging, slamming, fighting, using knives, metal pole, baseball bat etc, threatening to kill each other, demanding money and drugs etc and Waratah police do nothing!!!
There have been reports that these drug users are entering neighbours' properties casing them for break and enter to buy drugs, searching inside cars with torches, still Waratah police are doing nothing. Used needles are found on the property daily, in garden, garbage bins. Strangers come and go every night ... still nothing from Waratah police. Its an absolute disgrace..
